What you can do with EventPilot
Plan through conversation
Describe your event in natural language and watch the AI extract dates, venues, budgets, audiences, and more — no manual data entry required.
Confirm what matters
Every field shows its confidence level. Review AI-inferred values, confirm the ones you accept, and lock them against future AI changes.
Manage tasks and to-dos
Generate AI task checklists, track progress in Kanban or list view, assign tasks to team members, and capture open decisions.
Share a client portal
Give clients a shareable link to view deliverables, check status updates, and leave comments — no login required on their end.
Generate documents
Create event briefs, contracts, and proposals directly from your event data using AI generation.
Collaborate with your team
Invite colleagues to your organization, assign them to events, and manage roles and permissions.
How the AI co-pilot works
EventPilot’s AI operates on a propose, don’t decide principle. When you send a message, the AI reads your words and suggests values for relevant planning fields. These suggestions appear as “inferred” — visually distinct from confirmed data — so you always know what the AI guessed versus what you’ve approved. When you confirm a field, EventPilot records your decision permanently. From that point on, the AI will never silently overwrite it. If the AI detects new information that conflicts with a confirmed field, it surfaces an alternative for you to review rather than making the change itself. This keeps you in full control, even while the AI does the heavy lifting.Ready to get started?
